Back at the office, we taste and we're delighted, the apple turnover is very smooth and crunchy, the hot chocolate is creamy and flavorful, we never ate such as good pastel (or flan, as you want)! We order a rayé aux pommes for 5 euros, a hot chocolate for 7 euros and a selection of 5 flans for 25 euros (and they strangely look like pasteis), to take away.
